Two exams at the same time: You may register for both exams. You will take one exam on the late testing date. Ms. Lillo will contact you after registration closes to inform you of which exam you will take on which date.

Two exams in a day: You will take the exams on the primary testing date as scheduled, per College Board policy.

College Board AP Classroom (My AP Site)

  • All students enrolled in AP courses must enroll in the appropriate AP Classroom on the College Board's My AP site.
  • During the months of September/October (fall) and February/March (spring), your AP teacher will provide you with the join code(s) necessary to join the correct sections of your course.

Joining the AP Classroom is NOT the same as ordering the exam, even if you indicate on the CB site that you plan to test. You MUST pay for your exam through My Payments Plus (MPP). If you do not pay, you will not test.

Exam-only students (not enrolled in the relevant course at CBW): You will receive a join code when you inform Ms. Lillo and register for the exam on MPP. Be sure to immediately join the AP Classroom, so that your exam can be ordered.

Exam Ordering Information

Registration for May 2026 AP exams will take place on MPP from September 8, 2025, through October 31, 2025, for fall and full year courses. MPP will re-open on February 10, 2026, through March 6, 2026, for spring courses.

Registration is a two-step process:

  1. To register for your AP Exams, please visit MyPaymentsPlus from Monday, September 8th, through Friday, October 31st, 2025.  *All registrations for 1st semester and full year AP courses must be completed by Friday, October 31st.  *All registrations for 2nd semester AP courses must be completed by Friday, March 6th. * Through this site, you will be able to view all available exams and make AP exam payments for all students in the same household in one transaction.
  • If you do not already have a My Payments Plus account, follow the on-screen instructions to create one.
  • If you already have a My Payments Plus account, be sure to “Add” each student who will be taking an AP exam.
  • When registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation number. Please record and save your confirmation number.

2. Complete the confirmation on the College Board’s My AP site for each AP course. Under each course, students should click “Register for Exam” and confirm registration (or indicate that they are not taking that exam).

Exam Cancellations and RefundsStudents must request an exam cancellation by emailing Mrs. Press (spress@cbsd.org).

For fall/full year courses, students will receive a full refund for exams canceled prior to the deadline of October 31, 2025. For spring courses, students will receive a full refund for exams canceled prior to the deadline of March 6, 2026. After noted deadlines, only a partial refund will be given through April 21, 2026.

 Absences For Emergencies

Students who have an emergency and are unable to test as scheduled should contact Ms. Lillo, the AP Coordinator, immediately by email. We will determine if you are eligible to reschedule to a future testing date.

Exams may be made up in very limited circumstances; a doctor's note will be required for absences missed due to illness.

If you are out sick, please make sure that you email me immediately - please do not assume that message will be relayed to me.
