Choir Calendar
You can sync the calendar to your Google, iPhone, or Outlook Calendar following the instructions below. You will need to copy and paste the calendar URLS that apply to you. Once synced, any changes made to the calendar will automatically sync to your device's calendar in real time.
CALENDAR LINKS:
1. Concert Choir (everyone)
THESE EVENTS ARE APPLICABLE TO ALL CHOIR STUDENTS! Trip rehearsal and meeting dates are included here.
2. Select Choirs (Treble, Tenor-Bass, Chamber, Chord Street)
These events apply to Chamber, Chord Street, Treble, and/or Tenor-Bass. Most extra performances and field trips are for Chamber or Chord Street. This will be specified in the event title or description.
3. BCMEA and PMEA Choir Festivals
These events are this year's BCMEA and PMEA audition and festival dates.
4. Other Music Department/Theatre Events
West Music Department events are listed here, including major Harlequin Club dates.
These are general district dates for your reference, including half days and days off.

- Google Calendar … scroll down to "Use a link to add a public calendar."
- iPhone or iPad calendar
- Outlook Calendar … scroll down to the “subscribe to a calendar” option
